We don't offer refunds or exchanges for opened products thanks to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer replacements purely on a case by case basis and it's always our endeavor to assist our customers to the simplest of our ability because the case could also be the real cases of leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) are going to be taken into consideration.
The customer shall bring an equivalent to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s).
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of delivery.
Orders once placed through www.priyanaturals.in can't be cancelled and no refunds are going to be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.priyanaturals.in
